This is what an arm day will typically look like for me if I had an intense heavy lifting week. My arms get a good amount of indirect work in during my other upper body sessions so sometimes I just want to go a little easier on arm day, and that is what this was for me. I cut back the volume and incorporated a good amount of body weight work.
